[Nine] - [Locked to hostile Tamers]

By this point, we've all had well enough time to lick our wounds and assess our progress. I figured it was good to give all some time to ... consider matters.
But lets look at facts, shall we?
We bent DATS to our will. Yes, they fought quite hard... they rescued their oh-so-precious comrades... But what did they really GAIN?
Nothing.
Anything they have now, they had before we began. No, now they have LESS.
Dr. Doom. Fangstrom. The Penmon.
All held in the most secure confines of their fortress.
And all so simply extracted.
This was only an example. A test of what, when all combined, we can truly do.
We made them do each and everything they desire.
WE can break each and every one of them with the power we wield united... Why, I believe the good Dr. Doom has already reaped the benefits of our alliance, yes?
What we can be... is a Syndicate.
Your own personal goals, your own alliances and dealings... those are all fine. Encouraged, even! But even as I speak, work is being done in Neon City to gain an even greater foothold in this world.
And to further crush any and all who might oppose us.
So now, more... officially, lets say. Those who would wish to help our cause... the door is wide open.
