My, my. What a lovely bunch we have here!
...and still yet, none of you have served to amount to anything in this world. Oh, sure, you have had your moments of glory.
I have been reading up, and digging around for dirt wherever I can, after all! Any would-be despot worth his salt has to be up to date on the happenings of the world, you know.
But really, folks. Lets be honest with ourselves. A tall order, to be sure, but hear me out.
What have you truly accomplished here? I don't mean to be this insulting, honestly! But face facts.
What was the last time any ONE of you made any real headway against the so-called do-gooders in this reality? A small advancement here or there, perhaps; a life destroyed, an unwilling pawn gained... all admirable achievements, but what do they gain you in the GRAND scheme of things?
By looking at things, in the past six months there have only REALLY been a handful of notable movements by any of you all... Dr. Doom's power grab looked like it was probably pretty impressive! But inevitably also lead to his defeat and relating heroes gaining MORE power themselves.
There was, of course, that skirmish involving that Jeremy bloke and Vadermon manipulating the Izumi boy from DATS.
There are any number of like minded individuals who have stirred up trouble, of course..
But most impressive thus far was the work of Professor Kurata and the forces he gathered to assault Neon City, Royal Base, and Tetha in the month of July. Though many of them were acting against their will, the sheer size and FORCE of what was gathered there was the closest any ONE of you have come to overtaking anything significant in this world.
Now, ultimately, it fell apart, and the largest coup also became the greatest defeat thus far.
BUT.
I think it makes a very good example, nonetheless.
We are all people lacking our usual resources. The army, battleships, and overall POWER under my control back home are... non existent here.
And while you all keep trying to accomplish such great feats on your own, all the while getting caught up in petty squabbles and battles amongst yourselves... what are the "heroes" doing?
At this point, they THEMSELVES have armies at their disposal. They are constantly arriving, at a far greater rate than US, constantly expanding their ranks...
Now, I know we're a cocky breed. We want everything for OURSELVES, and, well, I can't say I'm much different in that respect. But here, in this world... Just look at all there is to potentially gain in terms of power. Imagine what we could do with that power in our home worlds, or even further than that... the entire multiverse ITSELF.
The only question is, can you do it ALONE, yet? The time may come for us all to go at each others throats, for it to be every man, woman, or whatever for themselves... but while our BIGGEST enemies are still breathing, and proving time and TIME again what happens when you rise against them individually, without enough power to back it up...
THUS, my fellows. I offer you a proposition.
An ALLIANCE.
Combining our power, we can bring them all - the nitwits in DATS, the assorted group living at that Silver Dragon, the Titans, the Autobots, anyone and everyone who would dare stand against us - to their knees.
Think it over if you wish, but remember; time is of the essence.

[ooc - OKAY, so. For all intents and purposes, if your character is an out-and-out villain? This post is likely for them. There are EXCEPTIONS, though.
Xellos? Too untrustworthy even for Eggman. Lien-Da and he have already had it out verbally, so she's locked out from this. In fact, so is the greater sum of the Dark Area forces for now.
Team Dark? Locked out. However, the likes of Bowser and Wily are not. He's not so much concerned about this leaking out to the heroes or Demon Kings, as it probably will inevitably, and hey, he likes the challenge if that happens. But he's not going to send an open invitation to the likes of Shadow and Rouge nowadays.
The "Evil" Mega Men haven't been entirely as such for awhile, so they're locked out.
By and large, that should give you a good idea of the kind of people this has NOT been sent to.
